  2. To add an item to your cart, click Add to Cart
  3. Once all the items have been added to the cart, tap Check Out.
  4. You can add any notes if you want to add about your order in the box at the bottom labeled as order notes.
  5. To apply any discount or credit vouchers enter the code in the box on the right side of the Check out page.
  6. Once you’ve verified your details, click Confirm Order to complete your order.

In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, the following details are provided on the product page:

  • Product Details: Product details include the Products name, SKU, Items in the product (whether its 1 piece, 2 piece or 3 piece), Product Type, Brand & Price of the product.
  • Purchase Options: Purchase options include Add to cart, Add to wish list or Buy now options.
  • Estimated Shipping Dates: An estimated shipping date is exactly as it sounds — an educated guess on when the order will ship out. It’s not always perfect and may end up being a day or so off because of order fulfillment cutoffs (e.g., the difference of placing an order at 10:00 am and 05:00 pm can add a day to the overall delivery timeline).
  • Price Query & Customization: For products without prices & for customization requests, please get in touch with our customer care service by clicking on the available button on the page.

You are seeing different prices for the same product because of an Add on Item. An add-on item refers to an ancillary item sold to a buyer of a main product or service. An add-on sale is generally offered once the buyer has made a firm decision to buy the core product or service. For example, a heavy embellished formal shirt is sold separately at a certain price. If a customer wants to add a sharara, bottom or dupatta then the price of each additional add-on item will be different and customers will have to pay for it if they want to purchase it with the main item.

You can track your order easily by going through following steps:

  2. Click on the tracking logo given in the top right corner next to the search option.
  3. You’ll be directed to a page where you shall be able to see tracking details regarding your order.

Vouchers consist of unique codes that are only provided or issued once. In case you are unable to use the voucher please check if you have used it before or not. In case you have not used it before and you are unable to apply for a voucher, please connect with our customer care staff immediately. Vouchers have expiry dates, please check the expiry date of the voucher as well.

  • If you are having trouble placing or adding products to your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant sizes and color selections.
  • If the problem still exists, this may mean that the item you are trying to buy is Sold Out.

You can provide measurements for customizations in two of the following ways:

  1. You can provide measurements while placing order in notes or measurements form if available. 
  2. You can connect with our customer care staff after placing orders to provide measurements.

 In case you choose to connect with our customer care staff after placing an order, please make sure to do it within 48 hours of order placement or else your order will be sent for production at standard sizing.

What do the different order statuses in ‘My Order’ mean?

What do the different order statuses in ‘My Order’ mean?

  • Processing: Your order has been entered in the order pool of RHIZMALL. Once an order is confirmed by the seller, it will be delivered within a given timeline.
  • Shipped: Your order has been received from the seller and is on its way via courier. It will be delivered to you as per the standard delivery time. You may track your order from your RHIZMALL website. Click on Tracking logo (van) > Enter Order Number > Enter Email > Track Package.
  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered to you.
  • Canceled: Your order has been marked canceled. The details and reason for the cancellation can be found by contacting [email protected]

Any order at RHIZMALL can be edited within the first 48 hours of order placement. After this time orders can neither be edited nor can any products be added into order as they are sent into production phase.

To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at in [email protected] and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can call us on +92 3000893300 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

Orders can be canceled based on the order type as defined below:

  • Same Day Delivery: In case your order is “same day delivery” then order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of order confirmation. After 30 minutes a cancellation request can be generated from the customer’s end, but the approval of the cancellation request depends upon RHIZMALL’s policy regarding brand/vendor/seller/distributor, shipment company delivery timelines and the nature of the item shipped.
  • Unpaid COD Order: If it’s an unpaid COD order and the customer asks for the cancellation of the order, the order will be cancelled without any questions asked before the order has been shipped out of the RHIZMALL warehouse.
  • Paid orders: Paid orders can be cancelled for any reason, if reported within 48 hours of the order confirmation.
  • Paid Ready to ship: If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of order confirmation then the complete amount will be refunded without any question.
  • Paid Made to order : If cancellation is requested for paid made-to-order after 48 hours of order confirmation, RHIZMALL holds the right to charge 25% of the order value as cost of labor, production and resources payable to partner brands. If you wish to file for cancellation of your order, once the order has completed the production phase or is in the final phases of production and/or is received in our warehouse, RHIZMALL will deduct 50% of your paid amount as cost of production, labor, and resources.

How do I use a Gift card or Voucher on RHIZMALL?

Gift cards or Vouchers contain the certain price value provided to you by our team. These vouchers can only be used on the RHIZMALL website. To use them, simply copy-paste the code provided to you in your email in the voucher section of the bill and that much amount will be reduced from your bill.
