Change Shipping AddressCan I change my shipping address after my order is placed? Yes, any information in any order of yours can be changed/ edited within the first 8 hours of order confirmation. If your order is in the "Processing" stage, please cancel it and place a new order with the updated details.

Missed my package deliveryI missed my package delivery, what should I do now? If you missed the delivery due to any reason, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. 3 attempts will be made to deliver the order before the cancellation. For COD orders, your order would be cancelled and you will have to place another order if you still want the item. Common reasons for delivery delayWhat are the common reasons for delay? The most common reasons for delivery delays are:
- Vendor Sourcing Issues: The vendor could take longer than expected time to fulfill your order.
- Courier service delay: Either Movex, Trax, TCS, and FedEx takes a longer than expected time to deliver your order.
- Customer not available: Our delivery company has not been able to get in touch with the customer.
- Wrong Address / Phone Number: While placing an order the customer has entered an incorrect address or phone number, leading to late delivery.
- Extreme Weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide, etc. which may result in a delivery hold-up.
- Law and Order conditions: Due to religious procession, lockdowns, strike issues resulting in route blocking, you may receive your package after the promised time.
- Act of God and pandemic situation: Delivery may get delayed due to an act of God and pandemic situations such as Covid-19, earthquake, and other related scenarios that can become hurdles in delivery.
