How to track my order with RHIZMALL? You can track your order easily by going through following steps:

2. Click on the tracking link given in the footers next to the Help Section.
3. You’ll be directed to a page where you shall be able to see tracking details regarding your order.

Change Shipping Address

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed? Yes, any information in any order of yours can be changed/ edited within the first 8 hours of order confirmation. I missed my package delivery, what should I do now? If you missed the delivery due to any reason, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. 3 attempts will be made to deliver the order before the cancellation. For COD orders, your order would be cancelled and you will have to place another order if you still want the item.
