How to track my order with RHIZMALL? You can track your order easily by going through following steps:

1. Go to RHIZMALL.pk
2. Click on the tracking link given in the footers next to the Help Section.
3. You’ll be directed to a page where you shall be able to see tracking details regarding your order.
4. Enter your order tracking number and you'll be track your order

Change Shipping Address

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed? Yes, any information in any order of yours can be changed/ edited within the first 8 hours of order confirmation. Please connect with us at +923000893300 from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m or email us at care@Rhizmall.pk Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order is in processing stage. If your order is in the "Processing" stage, please cancel it and place a new order with the updated details.

Missed my package delivery

I missed my package delivery, what should I do now? If you missed the delivery due to any reason, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. 3 attempts will be made to deliver the order before the cancellation. For COD orders, your order would be cancelled and you will have to place another order if you still want the item. • Customer not available: Our delivery company has not been able to get in touch with the customer.

• Extreme Weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide, etc. which may result in a delivery hold-up.

• Act of God and pandemic situation: Delivery may get delayed due to an act of God and pandemic situations such as Covid-19, earthquake, and other related scenarios that can become hurdles in delivery.
